Demi was so kind and professional. I was able to walk in without an appointment, and she extended the massage portion of my pedicure because I had to wait a little longer than she expected (I would expect a small wait with any walk-in). Their prices seemed affordable and they had a nice selection of services. This was a nice way to end a vacation to Phoenix. Their salon was clean and pretty, too!

Biltmore Nails is such a hidden gem. It is a sibling owned and operated shop and you can truly feel the care and hospitality from the moment you walk in. They have two chairs for pedis and one chair for nails, which David does, so it feels very personal and not rushed at all.
